Exposing the works of darkness

November 2025, The Lord Showed me that the United Nations is attempting to ratify a treaty titled UN Convention Against Cybercrime. The treaty was opened for signatures October 25, 2025.

Signature expresses the willingness of a State to take steps to become a Party to and be bound by a given treaty subject to ratification, acceptance or approval. Signature creates the obligation of a State to refrain, in good faith, from acts that would defeat the object and purpose of the Convention.
After signature, States express their consent to be bound by depositing their instrument of ratification, acceptance, or approval with the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
Ratification is the international act by which a State expresses its consent to become bound
by the Convention.
The instruments of acceptance and approval of a treaty have the same legal effect as ratification and express the consent of a State to be bound by a treaty. Domestic procedures and legal traditions determine whether ratification, acceptance or approval are the appropriate means for signatory States to become Parties to a treaty.
Accession is the act by which a State becomes a party to a treaty that it has not signed. Accession has the same effect under international law as ratification, acceptance or approval.
I assume that these tiers represent a more active or passive support for the treaty, but it is not clear.

Article 14 in this treaty provides for states to decriminalize child sexual abuse imagery that does not include an existing person (a real child) ... which would cover AI produced material. As well as decriminalizing material that a child produces and shares themselves.

Article 14.5. states: Nothing in this Convention shall affect any international obligations which are more conducive to the realization of the rights of the child. Here we need to discuss global trends in age of consent:

Iraq official age of consent is 18, but the minimum legal age of marriage is 15 with judicial and parental consent. A proposed 2025 amendment to the Personal Status Law sparked widespread debate by allowing family matters, including marriage, to be adjudicated by religious courts rather than civil courts. Critics, including Human Rights Watch and Walk Free, warned this could theoretically permit marriages as young as 9 under specific interpretations of Jaafari (Shia) Islamic law, though the text does not explicitly lower the age of consent to 9. This amendment was not passed.

The progress on this UN Treaty:

Remains open for signature at United Nations Headquarters in New York until 31 December 2026.
After the 40th signature of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession; the treaty "enters into force." Meaning the agreement becomes legally binding on the states that signed it.
Currently, 95 states have signed as willingness.
3 states have progressed to actually ratify / accept / approve / access.

July of 2025 The Lord Said that "they" would promote AI images of the sexual abuse of children, calling it harm reduction. He did not Say who "they" were. I assumed He Meant people in power. Well, ultimately the kingdom of darkness would drive this.

August 2026 The Lord Showed me that a United States federal judge ruled that AI generated child sexual abuse material is protected under the 1st Amendment so long as the images do not depict actual living children. A quote from the ruling:

"Moreover, in the district court’s view, the government’s attempts to justify a prohibition on the possession of virtual child sexual abuse material ... ran headlong into Ashcroft v. Free Speech Coalition, where the Supreme Court rejected substantially identical arguments.1 535 U.S. 234, 250 (2002). This is despite the Supreme Court’s prior holding in Osborne v. Ohio, which permitted the government to proscribe the in-home possession of child sexual abuse material depicting actual children. 495 U.S. 103, 109–11 (1990). " (court document)
In 2002 the Free Speech Coalition (their mission statement: We are the nonprofit non-partisan trade association for the adult industry. Our mission is to protect the rights and freedoms of the adult industry.), and a few other parties, won in a lawsuit challenging the Child Pornography Prevention Act of 1996. That victory in the US Supreme Court set the legal precedent.

This is a lot to take in. Right now, The Lord Wants me to emphasize how rapidly this is progressing. Future posts will further explore how the kingdom of darkness has utilized "consent." We must remember that the legal parameters around the possession and private use of "obscenity" center around concepts of current general consensus. Which we see how that shifts over time.
